Terms of Service
Service
BrokenLinks.pro provides website scanning, reporting and related tools for finding broken links and site issues. You are responsible for using the service only on sites you own or are authorised to test.
Acceptable use
Scanning sends real traffic to the target server. You must not use the service to overload a site, to circumvent access controls, or against any site without the owner's permission. We may reduce scan rates or suspend scans that harm a target or our infrastructure.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may limit or suspend access for abuse, security risk or misuse. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Plans, credits and limits
Free and paid plans grant a monthly allowance of credits, domains and concurrent scans. One credit equals one request. Unused credits do not carry over between months, and limits may be adjusted with notice for future billing periods.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans add scanning limits and paid features. Prices are in US dollars and paid via our payment provider. Payments are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Guest scans and free credits are available so you can test the service before buying.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided as is, without warranty that scans will be uninterrupted, complete or error free. Scan results are diagnostic information, not a guarantee about the state of a site, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.
Data and deletion
You may delete your account from the profile page. Account deletion permanently removes account data, projects, scans and reports, while an administrative deletion summary may be kept for analytics and abuse prevention.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email where practical.
